DESIGN PROCESS
Our Agile Design Process is centered around collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement. We work closely with our clients to establish clear goals and priorities and then use an iterative approach to design and development that allows us to respond quickly to feedback and changes. It is a customer-centric approach that focuses on delivering value and meeting customer needs by involving them in every step to meet their expectations and deliver products that exceed their expectations.
HOW IT WORKS
Take your design ideas through our 7 step agile design process - our approach is complex and iterative, involving a lot of collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail. Our structured process involves a strong team, a clear vision, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
1. Concept & Inspiration
Once a design concept is agreed upon, our team will create more detailed designs and prototypes. This process may involve creating digital designs using software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
2. research
Once a concept has been identified, our design team will typically conduct research to gain a deeper understanding of the target audience, current trends, and the competition.
3. sketching & ideation
After research is completed, our design team will begin sketching and ideation. This is the creative process where ideas are fleshed out, rough sketches are created, and initial design concepts.
4. Design and Prototyping
Once a design concept is agreed upon, our team will create more detailed designs and prototypes. This process may involve creating digital designs using software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
5. Testing and Feedback
Once a concept has been identified, our design team will typically conduct research to gain a deeper understanding of the target audience, current trends, and the competition.
6. Production & quality control
After research is completed, our design team will begin sketching and ideation. This is the creative process where ideas are fleshed out, rough sketches are created, and initial design concepts.
